Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Early check-in and late checkout each cost $100 when approved. At checkout, set the thermostat to 75°F, turn off lights, secure doors and windows, and start the dishwasher. Wash towels only. Guests may access the garage, but guest cars must not be parked inside. This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays. For stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due, and for additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights, you will be charged $71.
