The living area flows onto a spacious deck equipped with an outdoor kitchen/BBQ and partial bay views. The top floor houses three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a coffee bar, large en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and private veranda showcasing breathtaking sunset views over Sarasota Bay. Two additional guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a convenient laundry room rounds out this floor.
