Moving into this apartment community has been a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, and the staff made everything easy and stress-free. They were friendly, professional, and always available to answer my questions.

The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I felt right at home from the day I moved in. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in the community and genuinely cares about the residents.

I’m very happy with my… decision to move here and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Every morning when I wake up l open my balcony door and enjoy watching “Sage” The name I gave the alligator in our pond I then walk my Shih Tzu Bella around the very clean grounds of Sage Apartments in Palmer Ranch
I like to talk to my neighbors when possible Many are running to work so I just wave and say Have a nice day. I would like to get motivated to workout so I can use the nice fitness room available to me Including the swimming pool Sage is in a perfect location it is close to I 75 and… State Road 41 It is also far away from all the heavy traffic and noise of Clark Road I highly recommend Sage Apartments at Palmer Ranch. I look forward to living here for many years Thank you to the leasing staff who made my decision to move here quickly

My experience here has been most interesting...like the area,close to bike trail,Management & Maintenence ROCKS !! adhere to concerns ,property kept clean,buildings breezeways are kept clean....always keeping in contact to what's going on in community...got food trucks ,once a week..just a relaxing area....nice place to live :)
