Brixley

The apartment complex is beautiful but the move in process for me has been a little bit disappointing. My apartments air conditioning did not work when I first moved in, neither did my ice machine, one of the fridge drawers was also broken and some of my closet racks were unstable and off the hinges/wall. I have put in service request and they are pretty fast with getting things done but you would expect all of these things to be done before you move in. I’m also a night shift nurse, which means... I sleep through the day and having to have loud servicing done while I try to sleep is not really convenient either. The gates are also always open and the doors to the building are also always open as well even though it’s suppose to be a secured building/property. The staff is very professional and their expertise is top Notch and very courteous! They go above and beyond their call for duty even when I call and complain about a situation, that's really not their fault.

Great complex. Management is unbelievable only thing I would say is the golf simulator has been broken for a while but that's the only complaint I have so still 5 star

Wonderful place to live. Administration and maintenance are the best. Building and grounds are well taken care of and everyone is so friendly. My husband and I love living here.

The apartment is beautiful, staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately I am worried about residents that have stopped being considerate to others. More attention needs to be spent to make sure smoking rules are adhered to and residents keep their areas neat and clean. Keep Brimley beautiful for everyone!
