There has been no response to complaints about excessive noise late at night.

When the gates are closed, they often do not open on the first attempt. Sometimes I have to try 5 or even 10 times, or drive around looking for another entrance that is open.

Some residents do not clean up after their dogs, and the office does not seem to do anything to address this issue.

There is also constantly no gas available in the grilling area.

This is a a Good community to live in, they are very quick to respond to requests. No major issues in my one year that I lived here. Has gym, pool, dog park, and clubhouse.
