Wonderful Staff!

We’ve absolutely loved our experience at The Concord! The complex itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere, but what truly makes it special is the staff. Everyone is always so happy to see us, genuinely cheerful, and always willing to help with anything we need. They’ve also given us great recommendations for the area, which made settling in and exploring so much easier. It’s rare to find a team that is consistently this friendly and attentive. (To Amber, Will… and the team, thank you for being SO AWESOME and inviting.) We’re so grateful for how welcomed and valued they’ve made us feel. Highly recommend The Concord to anyone looking for an amazing place to live! Jess & Danny G

Infested with Roaches

Do not move here. Multiple buildings are infested with German roaches, and there seems to be no effective solution in sight. The infestation has been ongoing for months, and it’s clear that the current pest control measures are not working. The situation is disgusting and practically uninhabitable. My brand-new furniture has been ruined, and I’m now worried about bringing these roaches with me when I move out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to live

The concord is a really nice complex to live at. What makes it even better is to maintenance staff led by Wil who is a consummate professional. Garret and Danyyl valued members of the team to help. Keep the property looking great all the time and maintenance requests get responded to very quickly. It also helps that all three of them are really easy to deal with and talk to makes you feel at home.
