Timber Chase is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, yet surprisingly close to major roads, shopping areas, and downtown. It’s a community of all ages and stripes, from kids to professionals to retirees and everyone in between.

All tenants have their own private entrances and a balcony or patio, and everyone is respectful of their neighbors. So, no loud noises here, no intrusions on your privacy, your lunch, or evening read on the balcony.

The grounds themselves—graced by palm… trees, a wide variety of trees and plants, and two lakes—are kept neat and clean by a well-organized maintenance team. This maintenance team also keeps the inside apartment systems in top performance, e.g., the air conditioner/ furnace, internet connection, bath and laundry facilities, etc. Additionally, when you need assistance with something not already on the maintenance schedule, a phone call to the office gets you help asap. Not only does the complex house a huge pool, whirlpool, gym, and tennis court (so much more pleasant and timely than vying for public facilities), but also surrounds two gorgeous lakes, which offer an array of fun-to-watch birds and other creatures; we recently even spotted an otter, and we have our own personal eagle/osprey (not sure which he is) who fishes the lake almost every day.

The dog-friendly atmosphere is a definite additional plus, and neither the dogs nor their owners encroach on anyone’s space. Everyone keeps their dog on a lead for walks, and any barking from inside is rare and quickly curtailed. Timber Chase even supplies those nifty little bags for pickup.

I recently changed to apartment living for the first time in a very long time. I couldn't be happier!

The few times I have required attention to my unit I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and speed. They always considered my pet and asked if I preferred to be home at the time of service.

Mindy and her office staff are so thoughtful and helpful. Jason and Norm on the maintenance team are outstanding.

I would highly recommend this property.

Nice apartments and friendly staff. Close to downtown area.

I love living at timber chase, there’s a lot of shade and spots to sit outside and a pool to cool off in as well. Only a short walk to downtown Sarasota and a short drive to the beach as well.
