Current Tenent

I was a property manager for over 10 years so trust me when I tell you that this property has poor property management. Good people live here though. No loud parties ever. No hot water for clothes and reduced hot water in units. Lots of garbage that (unfortunately) management doesn't adequately address. It's unanimous here that ESO Property Management / Florida Prestige Realty just doesn't know how to manage.

Just moved in...

I have only been here for a couple weeks. My rental agent was very helpful as I moved from out of state. The other tenants seem kind and helpful.
The apartment is small, but clean. 2nd bedroom has no windows.. so I would have rather had a side or end unit.
Not noisy for the most part, you cannot hear your neighbors.
Pool is a plus.. less than a mile to the beach! Close to schools, shopping..
Could use some cleaning up outside. Some trash from kids outside, pool area has broken chairs.
This... would be a great place for a single, couple or small family! I love Satellite Beach!
