A pet fee is applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Up to three cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage.

This is a self-catering home, with initial supplies provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, enough laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Coffee is not provided. Outdoor cameras are present for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests at any given time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property, with violations subject to termination of reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 9 am, with excessive noise to be kept to a minimum during this time. The apartment is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Shoe removal indoors is preferred. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are permitted on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and to report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. Self check-in and check-out are offered. The pool gets serviced weekly, and during inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, its use is not advised. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. [SI]
