Step inside to discover an open-concept living area filled with natural light and coastal-inspired décor. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Each of the three spacious bedrooms offers a serene escape with plush bedding and en-suite or nearby bathrooms. The master suite includes direct access to the pool deck and a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outdoors, your own private heated pool awaits, surrounded by tropical landscaping and a sun-soaked patio complete with lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. Just steps away, the private boat dock gives you direct access to the waterway.
Beach chairs, towels, and bikes are provided for your convenience. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $250 per dog per stay, with a maximum of two dogs. Parking is available on site for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway and on the street. Guests may access the garage, but guest cars must not be parked inside.

Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Early check-in and late checkout each cost $100 when approved by Guest Relations; neither is guaranteed. At checkout, set the thermostat to 75°F, turn off lights, secure doors and windows, and start the dishwasher. Wash towels only. Guests may fish from the dock; boat mooring requires Guest Relations approval. Leave pool and dock controls untouched. Bins are at the side of the home. Put the bins at the curb the night before collection and on departure. During your stay, return them to their normal storage position after collection. Beach gear and bikes are in the shed. Helmets and bike locks are not supplied. Return the shed key to its original laundry location and any backup entry key to its lockbox.
