Management does not do anything about the problems there. They pick and chose which rule they enforce and which ones they enforce on who. There has been someone living there with her kid and not on the lease for over a year and still nothing has been done. When your key badge for the outside doors is fulling apart they will not replace it and then want to make you pay 75 dollars to do it. You have people doing drugs around here all the time. people who live here get up in your business and start... rumors that are not true. Its like being in high school again. The property manager is never here but for maybe 2 days a week. The maintenance is so bad here. Its take 3 visit just to get your washer and dryer hooked up right. then the keys to get in from the outside are given out to non residence so they can get in anytime. This is not a safe place to live. When you really make this place mad like I have they get there layers after you which is messed up just because you want fair treatment and want things fixed in the apartment. Read More
