Horribly managed

Management is terrible. Place is poorly maintained. Garbage piles up and isn't cleaned away for days. Pools are shut down, often, and for days or weeks at a time. Maintenance has to be called multiple times to have an issue fixed or finished. People leave dog crap everywhere. Management lies when you have a legitimate complaint, says they'll fix it, then turns around and says there's nothing they can do. It's cheap, but they raise rent, constantly. It's gone up twice in the year that I've been… here. There are other options, hopefully they're better.

Do not move to this horrible community ????

To all potential renters. This is the most mismanaged and drug infested apt complex in Spring Hill,Fl. There is a plethora of unsupervised middle & high school kids that run amuck in this community, terrorizing the tenants constantly. Management doesn't care one iota either, they just want that rent money. Office personnel are very rude and unprofessional especially when a tenant complains. Lived in this community 8 years and every year this community gets worst.

This place is a joke

They kicked us out 1 month before our lease was up, charged us thousands of dollars in fees for ridiculous reasons. We are clean people and they charged us $400 in cleaning fees once we left? They refused to return our deposit. When we moved in, the stove was broken the microwave didn't work and the heater didn't work. Now that our lease is up, they are still contacting us with fees. They also make you pay to repaint the walls, if you hung any photos to re grout the holes, and replace the carpet… . THEY ARE CROOKS.

Blessed to have what I have

My family and I moved to Florida after the 2014 Napa ca earthquake took everything. We moved into a scammer's trailer park, they sapped us dry of everything we had. The local church helped us find this new apartment at spring haven and it really has been a sanctuary compared to what we've been through so far. Our old trailer was in a drug den, full of violent and dangerous people. Here it is clean and vibrant, the neighbors either stay to themselves or are very outgoing and friendly.… Unfortunately we have still needed the help of the church while my sister and her boyfriend take care of their own degrading health as well as their newborn. They have been a blessing so far but we cannot keep imposing on them. This place is our salvation, I cannot see them lose it.
