Underage drinking is also prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house. Checkout procedures must be completed as written. Excessive mess may result in the loss of the security deposit for additional cleaning costs. Door codes do not activate until the set check-in time; early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests staying past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. A security camera is actively recording at the back door of the home; attempting to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises.
