A Pleasant Experience

I lived at Harbour Cay and Harbour Cay South during the year and a half I lived in Florida, and it has been a great experience.

When I stopped by to view the place before renting, the office was closed for lunch, but Josh from maintenance invited us in and shared information until Liz was back. Marlene has always been friendly and great to work with. Maintenance was very quick to solve any issues I had in both apartments.

The worse experience!

Marlene at the front desk was not very nice. Upon move out date I had asked if we passed our apartment checklist, she briefly stated that we we're going to get our deposit back. A week goes by and was told we had to get the whole carpet replaced. How did we go from yes you guys passed to now you need the whole carpet replaced? Things don't add up. Seemed like they were never going to return our deposit. What do we take from this? If you have a pet no matter how clean you keep the carpet your… going to have to pay out of your pocket to replace it. I don't appreciate Marlene telling us one thing and then turning around and up charging us.

*Only Pro: Maintenance guys are super friendly and fast

Welcome Home

The Team at Harbor Cay Apartment homes were truly a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond in making my daughter and I feel a part of their incredible community. Kudos to Talie and Liz for the amazing job they did and their considerate follow up to ensure that all of our needs were met as new residents. Love it here at Harbour Cay

I've lived here since my divorce in 1991. This apartment home complex is beautifully maintained and close to everything you can imagine. Walking distance to movie theater, restaurants and stores. Pool and small gym located on property. I live upstairs and the catherdral ceilings make the apartment feel more like a house.

Harbour Cay Apartments

My husband and I have lived at Harbour Cay for almost two years. Out of the apartments available in our area it seems to be the most reasonable priced for a decent apartment. The apartments are older and the appliances could do with a much needed update but overall it's been a great place to live. We love the pet friendly community and the location is great. The staff has always been pleasant and help us with whatever we may need. We are about to renew our lease again next month so I guess you… could say we call it home!
