I have never signed a lease, site unseen, yet this has been my best move in experience. Ever! My expectations have been exceeded. I've already fallen in love with the property, location and surrounding area. Feels like home and tropical beach resort all bundled together. Keep up the great work.

I try to refer River North anytime I can because even with the issues it is my home my daughter's home and we love it and never want to move we have been there since the day they opened that says a lot we cause no problems pay rent and just want to be able to enjoy the whole place
