River North

After my adult children moved out of my house, I decided to downsize. I’ve lived in this same neighborhood for 13 years. I toured a nearby newly built apartment complex; though spacious and beautiful, it wasn’t for me. When your manager gave me a tour in my future apartment, I immediately knew this was home.

I have now signed for a third year lease and absolutely love living here. The layout of the corridors keeps outside noises to a minimum. The amenities, from a resort style pool to a... beautiful lake with a fountain, coming home feels luxurious every day.

The location of River North is so central and convenient. Lastly, I cannot say enough complimentary words about the attention to detail from the leasing team. They have truly created a neighborhood atmosphere with holiday celebrations and small events in the clubhouse. Lee mas

River north is a great affordable apartment and very nice for the price compared to other apartments who charge way too much.

Anywhere else. Really. Anywhere else would be better.

We can 100% say we made the right choice in choosing in leasing at River North. The place has been amazing! It has incredible amenities: Beautiful pool, an awesome gym, BBQ area and a Club House that has a pool table and its where they host events. It all starts with the incredible staff, they are simply the best and always there to help. Karlay is the manager and she does an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly. She has put together an excellent team that each person compliments... one another which consist of Natalie (asst. manager) and two leasing consultants Franklin and Leila. Natalie is Karlay right hand and supports the entire team in a very positive way. Franklin does an exceptional job, he is an asset to River North which I can see he will be promoted at some point. He goes from being a leasing consultant to Chef (special events at the club house) to MC Bingo events. Leila recently came onboard and has been an asset to the team, always willing to help. Every 60 days the Team host an event at the Club House, and every event is simply first class. Karlay and her Team are very dedicated in making sure every detail is covered. Karaly does an amazing job putting on these events. So if you are looking for a place to call home that has great amenities and front office I would 100% plan a visit to River North.
