The Estates at Stuart

Rene.... The WORST property manager in the world... She isn't helpful, never calls back, and doesn't help get anything fixed. Lived here for 2 years. The facility was not "luxury", the apartments were dark and not updated. Make sure friends and family park in the appropriate spots otherwise you're looking at $100 boot. Parking was a HUGE issue because they have multiple people living in 1-2 bedrooms. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!

I once used to LOVE living here, but that is a thing of the past after new management stepped in a few months ago, and now I have this sick feeling in my gut every time I arrive where I'm suppose to feel at home. Renee and the maintenance workers here do not represent this so called "luxury" community well and I highly discourage anyone from renting from the Estates of Stuart. Not only will you get hit on by maintenance workers, but when you need assistance or anything from the property manager,... forget it. No one is in the office to help, no one will return calls, and during the hurricane, they didn't even have enough shutters to keep the residents and their property protected. Such a bummer when this place used to be a beautiful place to live. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

As a single person with a cat I was having a hard time finding a place to live, After living in a house for 20 years I had no idea how to shop for apartments so after driving around I pulled into a beautiful entrance which turned out to be my dream home. Charlene listened to my concerns about safety and my cat. She showed me the one apartment that was available for the time I needed to move in (2 weeks and it was Christmas time) The next day I brought the paperwork and she told me I had to see... this apartment which the person fell thru that was moving in. I was hesitant since it was a bit more money but she said just look at it I know you will love it. Well she was right it had a garage that fits both my vehicles, a wonderful view, lots of space and my dream closet. The maintenance department has been wonderful and I could not be happier. There is a pool, gym,pool table, lots of safe space to walk and just sit and read a book. It is gated and close to everything! Read More
