Management is absolutely awful. If you call and they don’t pick up don’t even think for a second they will ever call you back. I swear they don’t have a voice mail machine. The outside of all the apartments look like homeless people live here. The actual apartment itself is fine, lots of space and decently clean.

My experience here is amazing staff are incredible they Re on go with just one minor complaint , it’s quiet and calm here, roommates are nice and understanding and reasonable

It's pretty good .Its affordable for students.The staffs and maintenance teams are friendly.They have good gyn and swimming pools.Its always good for those who want affordable and nearby fsu.
