As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through a guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Pets have a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment; an unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation up to $200 will apply. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff are for tenants, not short-term guests; contact the host directly for questions or concerns, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. During checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute.
