Whole Foods Market, True Food Kitchen, and Colony Grill are within a 2-minute walk. Ben T Davis Beach is a 9-minute drive away, and Tampa Theatre is a 6-minute drive away.
The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. There is a $100 fee per unregistered pet. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 pm–7 am (weekdays) and 10 pm–8 am (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
