The Terrace Hideaway is a single-level home with a relaxed, welcoming feel. Rooms are thoughtfully put together with soft rugs, layered lighting, real wood pieces, and framed artwork. The living room offers comfortable seating with a Smart TV, large windows, light, airy curtains, a coffee table, and side tables. The full kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, plenty of counter space and storage, cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. Each bedroom is designed to be a place you can close the door, unwind, and actually rest. The primary suite features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, closet storage, bedside lighting, and a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, and closet and dresser storage. Guest bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and a Smart TV.
House-trained, groomed pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee.
Located in Temple Terrace, The Terrace Hideaway sits in a residential area with tree-lined streets and a laid-back feel. You’re a short drive from local shops, parks, restaurants, and main routes into Tampa, USF, and surrounding areas. Most guests choose to drive while staying at The Terrace Hideaway. Parking is easy, and the location offers quick access to major roads. It’s a short drive to Tampa, USF, hospitals, and business districts. Grocery stores, coffee, and dining are nearby. Rideshare services are readily available, and there is easy access to I-75, I-4, and Fowler Ave.
Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 10 AM, and refraining from loud music is requested during those hours. Smoking indoors or using fireworks anywhere on the property is prohibited, but there is a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, and illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without refund. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Misuse of the AC system, including setting the unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional repair fees. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund.
