Parking is easy, and the location offers quick access to major roads, grocery stores, coffee, dining, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), I-75, I-4, and Fowler Ave.
Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 10 AM, and refraining from loud music is requested during these hours. Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without refund. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional repair fees. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee.
