Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking indoors and the use of fireworks are prohibited. A fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days, is applicable. Misuse of the AC system, including setting the unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Smoking violations or the presence of a smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the property without a refund. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
