Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking violations or the presence of a smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without refund. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees.
