Please note that humidity and bugs are common in Florida, and while the property is professionally sprayed, mosquitoes can sometimes be unavoidable. Pool heating must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs a daily fee. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival.
