Early check-in (2 PM for $25 or 12 PM for $50) and late check-out (12 PM for $25) are available, subject to approval.

With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa.
This building has Minut Noise Detectors located in the apartment and surveillance cameras monitoring common areas (not inside the apartment). The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe, and on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund. Inquire about the amenity status before booking. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment.
