While Ybor is famous for its historic feel, our building is brand-new with all the modern finishes you need for a clean, comfortable stay. You get the best of both worlds—modern amenities in a culturally rich area.
Noise is limited during the day, however, on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine and absolutely no parties are allowed, with violations resulting in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation starting with a complimentary warning, followed by a $100 fine, and finally immediate eviction with no refund. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. A laptop computer is not included.
