This apartment is located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood, and music can sometimes be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
