Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. The pet rules policy includes a pet weight limit of 35 lbs, a prohibition on pitbulls, a requirement that all pets must be housetrained, and a requirement that pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200 will be assessed. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation include a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second violation, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third violation.
