Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and pitbulls are not allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Parties are not allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
