The apartment is equipped with Minut Noise Detectors that monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas, but not inside the apartment. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Only registered guests are allowed entry. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. If a pet is unregistered, there is a $100 fee per pet. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves.
