The apartment accommodates a maximum of eight guests at any given time. Parking is available with two parking passes provided, and additional visitor spots are marked 'VISITOR'. Lost or misplaced parking passes will result in a $350 fine. Amenity passes are also provided for access to community amenities and must be returned to avoid a fine of up to $200.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. No pets, smoking, or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. The number of vehicles should not exceed two per reservation, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property, and guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
