Pets are welcome with a fee structure as follows: short stays are $25 per pet, per night; 8–28 nights are a flat $200 fee per pet; and 29+ nights are a flat $300 fee per pet. Early check-in is available for $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 for 12PM, subject to approval.

Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends), with penalties for violation: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund.
