Situated in the highly sought-after historic district of Seminole Heights, the quiet cobblestone streets make the perfect place for an evening stroll to a local restaurant or bar. Seminole Heights is known as the foodie district of Tampa and is central to all Tampa has to offer. Guests can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars very easily, with a 3 to 10-minute walk depending on the destination. A 5-minute drive or Uber ride will take you to Downtown, Channelside, The Port, Armature Works, Straz Center, Amalie Arena, or the Lowry Park Zoo. The Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens International Mall, or Raymond James Stadium are about a 10-15 minute drive or Uber ride away, depending on traffic.
Florida is tropical, and in such an environment, local wildlife, including insects, is common. The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but occasional bugs may appear. The home is on a large lot with a main home located in front of it, providing complete privacy as it is completely detached from the main home, but there is another rental house on the property.
