Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and pitbulls are not allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged, up to a maximum of $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends).
