Completely run down

Seems like a very nice community of people but the building look al, run down, dirty doors, completely overpriced

roach infested

Place is roach infested and management does not care. Emailed and called several times now and no luck. Amenities are a joke. Water has been shut off several times since I’ve been here for “maintenance” on pipes. Do not move here.

I been at Ascent Citrus going on 3 year's. I love it here. The staff is always very helpful and understandable. I want to give a big shout out to Liz, Angel, and Jr.

Arium

Lived here since it was a Camden residence. Quality of amenities has gone down while prices have continued to go up. The gym is a joke, with only partially working equipment. Another thing is that they force you into a contract with bright house cable and the service is horrible.

Arium of Citrus Park

I have a great apartment over looking the pool . It has a nice gym , garbage valet , plus washer and dryers in every unit and cable is included . The price is good for all those extras plus it's a gated community
