Great location. Nice apartment minus poor plumbing in bathroom (specifically bathtub). Slow to fix laundry machines and outside lights. Next to no issues with management or neighborhood. 4/5 stars.

Major Lack of communication for move in. Took over two weeks to get a lease when every time I checked they said they would have it to us that day.

I've been here for about one month only but everything confirms that my was a good choice! A lot amenities at walkable distance, both if you're looking for a stroll on Bay Shore or enjoying the green area around the complex or some shopping nearby without moving the car. Well done!

Unresponsive Management and Major Move-In Issues

My experience at Bayshore palms at soho has been extremely frustrating due to poor management. I am unable to access my mail for nearly two weeks because they provided me with the wrong key. Despite their promises to resolve the issue, nothing has been done, and my emails have gone unanswered. Additionally, they made me reschedule my move-in day just two days before the planned date because the floors weren't finished, even though I completed my application a month in advance. The lack of… communication and responsiveness is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this complex due to these ongoing issues.
