Claymore Crossings

I’ve lived at this property for quite a long time. Management changes a lot and they don’t really do anything to keep up the apartments. I’ve lived here over seven years and the dryer vents have never been cleared. I complained over a year ago that my dryer wasn’t working or drying correctly (I had to run it 3 times for each load) and they said they cleared the line but it still didn’t work. Than a week ago they come out with letters in our door saying an actual company was coming out to do it… and now my dryer is working fine after I had to pay two people to come look at it and almost bought a new dryer. Let’s not even mention the fact that it’s a fire hazard- lawsuit waiting to happen.
My AC unit looks like it’s full of mold and they’ve never looked at it no matter how many times I’ve put in a work order….
If this place is your only choice then so be it but for the amount of money they’re charging now it’s not really worth it. Read More

I am a Bible Student at the River Bible Institute, I have been living in these apartment for about almost two years in December, and it's close to my school where I can walk. I also would like to say this is where I began to have a real life and gave my life to the Lord and found myself after so many years. I am 51 years old if I was given this opportunity to have my rent paid I can save money and in the future can put a down payment for my house. This is my first apartment where I have had… peace in my life and wonderful maintenance and staff who care where people live you call and they come and immediately fix the problem this is where I would like to stay until my time for my house.

I am a disabled veteran in a two bedroom two bath in mango Florida its a beautiful apartment I am on disability an pay 821.00 a mouth here an the staff is so nice here, any thing we need there right here to take care of it. I am always a mouth ahead with my rent, my wife and I live on 1800.00 a mouth we have a pool volley ball play grounds for the kids. The other tenets are so nice they always say hi it is a real nice place to live. The bus system here is great 6.00 dollars get us a bus… pass to go any where all day long. If you have limited resources and don't mind the distance to buses and entertainment this might work for you. Not well maintained,but will do in pinch. Not gated but laundry and pool are key carded. Works best if you have your own transportation and are willing to settle. dining area is very small, but compared to large cities,they are larger than freight shipping containers
