Great place to live!!
I've been here for over 10 years, the manager Carlos is very respectful and makes sure your problem is taken of and maintenance is courteous and respectful as well!!

Manager & Maintenance Great. Property is Nice
Manager and Maintenance keep property clean. Problems are dealt with promptly.
Both are very polite and respectful.
When maintenance has to come in home to fix something; he is very respectful of tenants property. He always cleans up any mess that was made.
We have been 15 years. This is the BEST Manager and BEST Maintenance Team EVER!

9 years and then some.
I have lived here for 9 almost 10 years. The landlord, Carlos is amazing!! He has gone out of the way for myself and my daughter! Very friendly and always with a smile! Maintenance is great even though it's only one person. Quieter neighborhood!!

Management and staff
I am still living here after 4 years. I am aging now and anything I call in for to be fixed is done immediately. I have good neighbors and in all honesty why get into another neighborhood that I wouldn't give a nickel too. It is quiet just the way I like it. There are some children here, but more an adult community with simple amenities. I have a very nice property manager too. I have the best of both worlds here. I am actually happy and grateful.

Great place to live
Well maintained and managed. Clean and quiet. Grounds are well lite at night. Management responds quickly to any concerns you may have.
Apartments have ample storage and energy efficient double insulated windows with screens and blinds.
Aesthetically appearing grounds, with many large mature shade trees.
