Cypress Grand

My Cypress Grand experience was great! It started at move in day when I found trial size toiletries in both bathrooms, along with a new wash cloth, and dish soap/detergent in the bathroom. It was nice to see that someone took the time to make available a few little things that I would need right away that could be packed deep in some box somewhere. A great way to be welcomed into the Cypress Grand community!

I really enjoyed my apartment (a lower level, two-bedroom). It was clean and well taken… care of (not a given in this day and age), truly ready for move in. The overall complex is well taken care of (maintenance guys are top-shelf!) and is very attractive. There is a fenced dog park and open area available for play or just sitting back and relaxing. The complex has a couple of water features/ponds that are a nice touch. The clubhouse is very nice, as is the work out room. The salt pool is a big plus. There's even a friendly group of ducks that waddle around the complex!

The apartments are convenient to just about anything you would need; highways (The Vet Tollway), shopping center, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants (gotta try Ballyhoo!), car maintenance, Walmart, Costco, etc. The complex sits near a high school, so traffic can get a little wonky at dismissal, but even that's not too bad. The best part of the complex is the ladies that work up front. Jaqui and her crew are AWESOME! Very helpful, very nice, very interested in making you feel at home. I lived there one year, and the only reason I left was for a job relocation out of the state.

This apartment is perfect for someone who wants quiet and convenience. The grounds are beautiful, I have seen turtles and fish in the ponds, native birds, and rabbits frequently. The size of the community keeps it from being too chaotic and parking is sufficient. It is also very close to a Publix and the Citrus Park Town Center mall, both are a walkable distance if you are so inclined. Its also pet friendly! Overall its been a great place to live for me and my dogs!

The entire neighborhood of Cypress Grande Apartments is located within easy access to Citrus Park Mall, Publix, and many popular shops and restaurants. With the ease to grab a bite to eat or shop for the latest technology or fashion, you would think that it would be too loud with people and too much traffic on the roads. Somehow, neither of those are an issue and especially so if you are able to get an apartment that faces the preserve instead of the parking lot.
