Great quiet place

This was a wonderful place to live, only 2 miles from the beach and a nice mix of people, all friendly. The place quiet and clean, the property manager was always helpful, and took care of at issues I had immediately.

Would love to stay there another time.

Poorly kept. Poorly managed. And crime is out of control.

The management is horrible. The grounds keeping is appalling. The apartments are below substandard. It's crime ridden. Crime is UNBELIEVABLY high. Horrible tenants. And not a place for ANYONE who likes cleanliness and quite. And DEFINITELY not a place for children! Do to the shootings that happens at any given time.

Dangerous!!

I should have did my due diligence before renting here. Every day! The cops are here for some kind of altercation. I witnessed this lesbian couple fighting and ended up busting out all of the windows of their vehicle. Not to mention the constant drug trafficking going on in plain sight. It’s so scary ... I try and block out all of the negativity because I’m raising children but please take heed to this review. This place is very .. very ... BAD!! Rent certainly doesn’t match the area. Don’t even... trust your neighbors they will eventually turn on you.

Never respond!!!

I have called over 5times and emailed about 2 times and left messages 3! Nooooooo reply!!!! What so ever! They don't pick up phones either!!! What is going on??? If you don't want to rent the place don't put it up there!!!

Very forgiving when paying rent late. Although I hate to do it. They allow us a little room and I'll forever be grateful.
