I was talking to a woman by the name of Nancy in the office about renting an apartment here. While i was asking questions about the apartments and their policies. She grew annoyed with me asking about crime in the area and how repairs of apartments take place. Muy caros y muy pequeños y con las tinas oxidadas

The place ia good located , there are access to the most important streets and aven ues, to the most important commercial centers.
The administration is very friendly, very professional and very helpfull with the tenants.

Si están buscando un sitio para vivir, este lugar no es el indicado. En el momento de adquirir el apto te muestran el apto modelo y por supuesto este es hermoso. Este edificio lo mantienen limpio, pero es el único. Antes de rentarlo, revisen los demás edificios y notarán que lo que les muestran, no es realmente lo que le ofrecen. No hacen mantenimiento en los pasillos, por lo tanto, siempre están sucios; cobran recogidas de basuras, que tan poco recogen. Si se daña el aire acondicionado, tienes... que soportar el calor por días, por que no lo arreglan inmediatamente y no hay ventiladores en los apartamentos. Hay cucarachas, hay roedores, definitivamente es un lugar deplorable. La administración, se encarga solo de cobrar y cobrar, pero no ayudar. Las áreas comunes son sucias. Peor lugar para vivir!!!!! Other apartments application fees in the area are about $50 with more renovated facilities, so I´m applying somewhere else.
