The best thing about this apartment complex is something they have no control over, the location. All the positives end there. We've been living in this massively overpriced money pit quality new apartment building for 11 months. We have had numerous issues that have still never been fixed from our October move in. We have had our front door continually shift and audibly close by 1 inch at least 40 times a day. Our master bedroom door was useless for nearly 4 months as it would not close. The… frame was not made correctly and it continually got stuck to the door jam removing the paint and making it impossible to close or open. In the winter time we found out that are heat was not only installed backwards it was never plugged in. We had no communication from management or any staff for over 85 hours as it reached 50° inside the apartment and we have two small kids that were sick. The technician that did finally come, lied with his handheld tool to say he felt warm air coming out, he also was condescending to us and neighbors down the hall with a similar issue because we had communicated with each other to get something done. He indicated that this was not a real community and you shouldn't be talking to your neighbors about things that are not working in our unit. We complained about his behavior and he was not fired as he should have been. Our air conditioning fan disconnected from its unit and flew onto the roof and we had no air conditioning for 2 days as well. It reached 83 degrees in our unit. We had a sewage odor coming from the bathrooms for nearly 28 days. Finally after the smell was so rancid one of the employees confirmed the odor. What was their solution? They tried Draino lol. After 10 more days of this I demanded a plumber and they finally came and removed PVC pipe that had black mold inside of it. We got a concession of only $500 for this. Most of the staff is aloof and borderline lazy. I have 23 consecutive Day pictures of metal wire railing that was broken in at least six different parts of the walkway. I have finally decided, with other neighbors to connect with a local news station investigative team and investigation has been started. Stay away from this place, it is complete and utter garbage, it was built with such low quality materials and a forced deadline. The newest building, called the sunset building just had an entire column of people be allowed to break their lease and leave because of the black mold in their brand new units. Read More
