Meridian Pointe Apartments

This is the worst apartment complex all the way around. You name it's probably happening or already happened here. Trash everywhere, cars getting broke in by other residents, one guy even ran a car into several visitor cars & the office could of cared less. Roaches everywhere, Loud neighbors, they don't fix anything they just paint the outside & hope it looks better. Disrespectful people in the front office just want your money they don't care about how the complex looks. Police are always here,… high crime & drug traffic area. They let anybody move in here. The security works with tow company to notify them of newer cars parked in here because the are guaranteed money, they don't tow everyones car just if it's a newer nice car. They are very dishonest & prey on the families who are struggling. This is not a place to raise kids. A kid got shot in the hand in the parking lot during the day, while the security was here. The pool is always closed & when it was open everyone who was swimming in it didn't live in the complex. And when you have visitors the have to park all the way in the front even if you live in the back rain or shine. People are always speeding in the parking lot. And you can't even sit outside your house because the security says it a violation of curfew no matter how old you are. They offer things they can't produce, and if you complain the first thing they say is you can call corporate like they don't care and know it won't matter. That's great that train them like that. This apartment is the worst apartment I have ever been to, I advice anyone run far away from this place, the management are rude and corporate are worst than site management. I put my money order in the drop box and it was gone and when we told management and the said they didn't take it and if we don't like the place we can go somewhere else. When I ask the manager for the corporate number they said the same way my brother I can find it too. They have no sympathy for anyone, I can't wait to… move out of this place I hate it so much I wish I never move there. I'm telling anyone stay away from richman property ,they don't care about anyone but themselves, please I'm begging you stay away. I hav been staying here a little over a year and so far i love it. The neighborhood is not the best but i stay to myself so my family has no problems. The onsite maintenance crew is awesome i had one guy to fix my ac in the middle of the night. I thought we were going to be hot through the night. Parking can sometimes be a hassle especially if you have guest. They have to park far and if not they run the risk of being towed.. All together a nice apartment community...

I am so happy in my appartment , it is very clean , confortible and very good located , i will never think to change it .
