I have lived at Navara for almost a year now and was the first person to live in my apartment. I will definitely be renewing my lease. I have met many friends in the building, as most people have been super friendly. The amenities and design are done at a very high level. For a downtown apartment the location is very convenient and quiet. Easy access to 275, the Crosstown Expressway, Publix, Amalia Arena and Riverwalk. It is by far my favorite place I've lived at in the Tampa Bay area. I much... prefer it over living in other places downtown, St Pete and Brandon previously. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, I love my view of the downtown skyline and the park across the street. My friend lives in one of the Mezzanine apartments and they are even more stunning. I'll make it quick and simple.

1. There are hidden fees. Like the "chilling fee" which is the AC for the entire apartment BUILDING. The price fluctuates. Right now we're paying $100+

2. Bicycle storage was broken into and more than half the bikes were stolen. Building claims no responsibility and says it's our problem.

Additional monthly fees were added to rent after lease was signed . Management confirmed they can legally charge new fees as long as they give a 30 day notice .
