There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to be a Novel Midtown resident! I have been a resident for a little over a year, and I’ve truly enjoyed every moment! Scarlett has been by my side from day one! She is so knowledgeable and an absolute angel! I knew I was in good hands with her. I’ve also had the pleasure of getting to know Paige and Tay. They are always so happy to help and I really enjoy talking to them! The maintenance team is awesome! They are professional, efficient,... and hard working! Everyone is so friendly and they make me feel so valued and appreciated. Katrina does a wonderful job managing the community. From the fun events to the beautiful atmosphere, it is truly a dream come true to call Novel my home!

I've been here 2 years now and its been great experience. Loooooove the neighborhood and everything thta offers. Being close to the TPA airport its amazing and I dont have to drive anywhere if i dont want since I have everything I need walking distance!
