I been living here for almost 2 years and honesty I never had any issues. The property manager Frances really take care of her residents and actually keeps the property safe and clean. Maintenance stay on call and they are very quick with completing all maintenance requests, I love this complex so much I even move my mother on property and she love it and says it's very peaceful.

I have reported mold in my unit over a year ago - they closed the request with "I paint we good" and tell me not to worry. Mold continues to grows in my building and they have not done any proper inspections - I have mold by my a/c and it now blows into my unit. They deleted my requests and when I requested termination they denied me and asked for $2200. Nothing is done in a legitimate way.

worse place to live here. screaming kids, too many ppl in one bed room apartment. trash every where especially around the dumpster. no grass, plenty of ants , fire ants... ppl dont pick after there dogs. there no grass here. just weeds. maintenance is good. they do come fix the problem... agent only work 3 days a week on the property. they dont see what goes on the weekend here. trashy and nasty ppl... there are some good tenants here but the bad ones needs to go... dont move in here if u… want screaming kids, scooter,hoover broads, and bike on the hallways....
