Things I've liked since moving here: the amount of space I'm getting for what I'm paying for, a pool and a gym, generally nice neighbors, entering a (mostly) clean apartment on move-in day, quick responses to maintenance requests.
Things I've had an issue with: being told after paying the admin fee that I would receive the lease soon (I did not receive it until move-in day, over a month later), a car parked in front of my apartment that neighbors said they already spoke to management about and... no action has been taken, balcony was not clean and management said I had to clean it myself with water and bleach.

Decent spot for the price. Quiet neighbors, okay maintenance, a bit outdated but livable. Not perfect, but gets the job done. I'd say its about a 7/10

Recently moved here, but so far it has been a good experience. The apartment itself is really spacious and nice, which we are happy with! The parking is also convenient and hasn't been an issue. The location is pretty convenient, though the walls are thin and since we are close to Busch Gardens you can hear a lot of noise during the day.
