Great Location

I have lived at The Henry since my first year at UT. The location is ideal and the shuttle service to campus is way more convenient than driving and dealing with parking. Apartment layout can be challenging for the 4 bedrooms but compared to a dorm you cannot beat this! Also the front desk staff, Jillian and Bri are Great. Both of them are so nice, helpful, and know how to assist you with what you need. HIGHLY recommend either of them.

The Henry

I toured the Henry Apartments recently and had a really positive experience. Anthony gave the tour and did a great job showing everything the building has to offer. He was welcoming, professional, and very easy to talk to throughout the whole visit.

Tour

I stopped by the Henry Apartments to check out the building and had a great experience. Anthony showed me around and did an excellent job during the tour. He was very personable and made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming.
What I appreciated most was how detailed he was when explaining everything about the building.

Love this plaxw

I absolutely love The Henry at 100 E Tyler St — its modern design, unbeatable downtown location, resort-style rooftop pool and relaxed yet vibrant student community make it my ideal place to call home.
