BEWARE

Absolutely disgusting unit, cockroaches, black mold, drug paraphernalia! My nephews move in day was yesterday. Needless to say, he will not be moving in.

Great Apartment!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The complex is well maintained, management is easy to communicate with, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also always feel safe here, which is so valuable to me. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Don't Do It!

Horrible experience. My daughter has been living here since January 2026. They are without working elevators, dryer is broken, the dishwasher is plugged in across their island because an electrician has been promised to fix the outlet behind it, but it has not been fixed. None of the girls living with her, including her have mailboxes so they can't receive any mail. They were told that the apartment was furnished but they never received all of the furniture. The front office is not helpful and… many issues have not been resolved. When they ask for something to be fixed they are reprimanded for it. It has been one hassle after another.

Sweet student living at Vue tampa!

Honestly, Vue Tampa is awesome!. My apartment's super comfy, and the pool and gym are a huge plus. The staff is really cool, too they actually care about the residents. It's close to everything, and I've made some friends here. Definitely recommend if you want a fun place to live near campus!

Happy To Be here

Vue Tampa was pretty solid. The apartments are nice, and the pool's decent. Location's good for getting to campus and stuff. Had a minor issue with the AC when I first moved in, but they got someone out to fix it quick. Overall, it was a chill place to live.
