The Leasing office has begun to address some issues. They pulled up the nasty carpet in the hallways. But residents still dump trash in trash room. They wont place it in the trash chute. Bugs fly around as a result. Noone enforces trash disposal compliance. The smell of smoke permeates the halls, garage, and stairwell. Residents prop open stairway doors or damage the locking mechanism so forget about security. It is just sad how some residents treat the place. It has so much potential. The... fire alarms seemed to be under control so that is a plus. Just be warned.

Needs improvement
The apartments are great! Just don’t ever leave your apartment. Fire alarms happen at all times of day and night. People smoke in garage and hallways. Smell enters individual apartments. Trash rooms are filthy and bugs attack when you dispose of trash. Security is a joke as doors to enter premises get broken and take forever for them to fix. Utility bills can be excessive with no explanation of why I am paying so much. Domestic violence issues have occurred on several floors, some ongoing. Other... than that, enjoy living in downtown Tampa! The place could be awesome. Oh, and I wouldn’t use the amenities. The first year, they went way over budget constantly cleaning the pool. Why? People let children in with regular diapers among other things so you were swimming in funk. The gym is too secluded and the secured doors to area get broken frequently. Residents just let in outsiders and there is no monitoring.

Great Amenities!
Since I moved here the office staff has been very helpful and professional. Maintenance staff is very efficient and my neighbors are quiet. The amenities are awesome. Really love the gym! My apartment is great although I could live without the light fixtures in the kitchen. I’m just not a fan. Otherwise this place is perfect!
