they never pick up calls

I’ve been calling for weeks now, no one picks up. I don’t even know why the office is open.

Took my application fee, no phone call back

I applied here roughly a week ago telling them I am waiting on my 2021 W2 and sent them my 2020 in the meantime. I also called and contacted them via email about speaking to an individual explaining that I have the assets to pay this loan but cannot start work until I move to Tampa as I saved up to make this move and resigned from my prior employment to make this move. I have called and left messages several times and am pretty disappointed at this point. It seems as if their office does not… communicate well and I am now concerned that they took my money.

DONT DO IT , THEY DONT MAINTAIN THE APARTMENTS

GARBAGE IS EVERYWHERE / LEAKS IN CEILING THEY DONT FIX / ROACHES THEY DONT FUMIGATE / BROKEN OR OLD APPLIANCES / SINK LEAK THEY DONT FIX ....THEY JUST DONT FIX ANYTHING .

NO GOOD to live here

no maintanance done in the property or apts . there are roaches evrywhere,the garbage bins are small and garbage everywhere they dont pick up at all . since it became verra north it has gone down and fast

Horrible

Don’t believe what u see this new management is just as bad as the previous one . No respect trash on the street and plumbing problems . No Maintenance . And at that payment of rent is online and they charge for the to pay ur rent .
